Traffic Control Laborers– job duties may include, but are not limited to; Set up, tear down, & maintain traffic control equipment on various projects within Nebraska. Starting pay $12 per hour, negotiable depending on experience/ certificates, etc. 40+ hours per week. Overtime is likely. Must be dependable, work well with others, & have strong leadership skills.

Highway Striping Laborers/ Paint machine Operators job duties may include, but are not limited to; Installation and/or removal of temporary and/or permanent pavement markings according to plan sets. Starting pay $12- $15 per hour, negotiable depending on experience/ certificates, etc. Must be dependable, work well with others, & have strong leadership skills.
*HIGH DEMAND FOR APPLICANTS IN LINCOLN, KEARNEY & NORFOLK AREA*

TCM Personnel- P/T Traffic Control Manager–  to perform twice daily checks of construction projects, to ensure that all equipment is in its proper place & in working order.
1 check in the AM, 1 check in the PM. (must be at least 8 hours apart) Starting pay $10.35 per hour, negotiable depending on experience/ additional duties.
May be required to drive personal vehicle. Mileage/fuel reimbursed plus hourly wage.

CDL Driver– (Class A preferred) job duties may include, but are not limited to; Driving and/or operating heavy equipment, assisting with installation of pavement markings. Required to pass a pre-employment drug screen to meet DOT regulations.

Most positions are full-time- 40+ hours per week, unless listed otherwise.
Hours may vary & overtime is likely.
Experience in construction, traffic control and/or striping is helpful, but willing to train.

Clean driving record within the last 3 years is preferred, but 1 minor violation is acceptable.
Example: speeding, no seat belt, etc.
