Traffic Control Laborers– job duties may include, but are not limited to; Set up, tear down & maintain traffic control equipment according to plan sets on various construction projects within Nebraska. Starting pay is $15-18+ per hour. Wage negotiable based on experience, skills, duties, and/ or certificates, etc. 40-50+ hours per week. Must be dependable, work well with others, & have basic leadership skills.

Traffic Control Laborers/ Portable Traffic Signal Technicians– job duties may include, but are not limited to; Set up, tear down, program & maintain Portable Traffic Signals on various construction projects within Nebraska. P/T and F/T positions available, as well as On-call basis for after hour service calls. Starting pay $15-18+ per hour. Wage negotiable based on experience, skills, duties, qualifications and/ or certifications, etc. 40-50+ hours per week. Must be dependable, work well with others, & have basic leadership skills.

Highway Striping Laborers/ Paint Machine Operators job duties may include, but are not limited to; Installation and/or removal of temporary and/or permanent pavement markings according to plan sets. Starting pay $15-18+ per hour. Wage negotiable based on experience, skills, duties, qualifications and/ or certifications, etc. 40-50+ hours per week. Must be dependable, work well with others, & have basic leadership skills.

Highway Striping Laborers/ Waterblaster & Equipment Operators– job duties may include, but are not limited to; Assisting with pavement marking operations on various construction projects within Nebraska, operate and maintain Waterblaster independently while performing various other tasks within the Striping or Traffic Control division. Entry level starting pay $15-18+ per hour. Wage negotiable based on experience, skills, duties, qualifications and/ or certifications, etc. 40-50+ hours per week. TCM Personnel- P/T Traffic Control Manager–  to perform twice daily checks of the construction project. 1 check in the AM, 1 check in the PM. (must be at least 8 hours apart)
Inclement weather may call for extra check(s). Starting pay $16+ per hour, negotiable based on skills, experience and/or additional duties. May be required to drive personal vehicle. Mileage/fuel reimbursed at $.50 per mile, in addition to hourly wage. Duties may include but are not limited to; monitoring traffic control devices to ensure they are up and in their proper place according to the traffic control plan. Periodically set up, tear down & maintain equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Must fill out and submit an Inspection Form to our office via email after each check is performed. Must be dependable, punctual & have basic leadership skills.

24 Hour Surveillance Personnel- 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available (generally 40+ hours per week) drive the construction project once per hour to ensure that all equipment is in its proper place & in working order. Company vehicle provided. Starting pay $15 per hour, negotiable depending on experience and/or additional duties. (Flexible P/T positions available too– 1-2+ days per week or weekends only, to relieve full-time staff)

CDL Driver– (Class A preferred) job duties may include, but are not limited to; Driving and/or operating heavy equipment, assisting with installation of pavement markings. Required to pass a pre-employment drug screen to meet DOT regulations. Starting pay $18+ per hour, negotiable depending on experience and/or qualifications.

F/T or P/T Office Assistant- Job duties may include but are not limited to; answering telephone, writing up paperwork & passing on messages to project managers in the field, drafting emails, requesting utility locates thru diggers hotline online portal (811) for upcoming construction projects, making copies, filing paperwork, ordering office supplies, running errands, cleaning once per week- sweep, mop, empty trash/ recycle, & assisting with other daily functions within the office.
Full-time hours are 8am- 5pm Monday thru Friday.
P/T hours are also available, flexible/ TBD during interview.
Must be computer savvy & be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. Must be dependable, be well organized and have good customer service skills. Experience in the construction field and/or similar fast paced environment is preferred but not required.
Entry level starting pay is $15+ per hour. Wage negotiable depending on experience, skills, additional job duties, qualifications and/ or certifications.

Experience in Construction, Traffic Control or Striping is helpful, but willing to train.
Most positions are full-time- 40+ hours per week, unless listed otherwise.
**Paid weekly**
Daily travel, unless otherwise noted. Hours may vary & overtime is likely.
Generally is Seasonal work (paid layoff period from January- March)
Year round work to be considered & offered to qualified individuals on an as needed or annual basis.

Clean driving record within the last 3 years is preferred. 1 or 2 minor violations may be accepted on a case by case basis.
Example: speeding, no seat belt, etc.
