P/T Office Assistant- job duties may include, but are not limited to; answering multi-line telephone, passing on messages, ordering supplies, booking motel rooms for employees overnight stays, assisting with help wanted ads, filing paperwork/ job tickets, & contacting #811 (Diggers Hotline) for sign installation on upcoming construction projects. Starting pay $12.50 per hour.
Estimator– job duties may include, but are not limited to; bid projects let thru the Nebraska Dept. of Transportation, as well as bid local upcoming projects/ rentals/ city & county projects throughout Nebraska. Salary negotiable.
Traffic Control Laborers– job duties may include, but are not limited to; Set up, tear down, & maintain traffic control equipment on various projects within Nebraska. Starting pay $12- $15 per hour, negotiable depending on experience/ certificates, etc.

Highway Striping Laborers/ Paint machine Operators– job duties may include, but are not limited to; Installation and/or removal of temporary and/or permanent pavement markings according to plan sets. Starting pay $12- $15 per hour, negotiable depending on experience/ certificates, etc.
TCM Personnel- P/T Traffic Control Manager– to perform twice daily checks of construction projects, to ensure that all equipment is in its proper place & in working order.
1 check in the AM, 1 check in the PM. (must be at least 8 hours apart) Starting pay $10.20 per hour, negotiable depending on experience/ additional duties.
May be required to drive personal vehicle. Mileage/fuel reimbursed plus hourly wage.

CDL Driver– (Class A preferred) job duties may include, but are not limited to; Driving and/or operating heavy equipment, assisting with installation of pavement markings. Will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen to meet DOT regulations.
Most positions are full-time, unless listed otherwise.
Hours vary & overtime is likely.
Experience in construction and/or traffic control is helpful, but willing to train.
Drivers preferred to have a clean driving record within the last 3 years.
1 “minor” violation acceptable. Ex. speeding, no seatbelt, etc.
